MyCare is intended for SureCall team members. Users must be authorized by SurCall to register, file claims, and access healthcare-related services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Only valid and truthful information should be provided during signup and claims submission.
MyCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with suspicious or fraudulent activity.
All claims submitted via the MyCare app must be accurate, complete, and in accordance with your company’s reimbursement policy. MyCare facilitates claim tracking but does not guarantee claim approval or payment. Approvals are solely handled by your organization’s admin team.
We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical data submitted is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except where required by law or for processing your claim with your employer.
Users must not misuse the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or its functionality. Unauthorized use, reverse-engineering, or copying of the platform is strictly prohibited.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
By using MyCare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app immediately.
